Hi Cornish Stone,
My Memorial Wedge was finally delivered tonight, thank you for your kind attention in contacting Hermes too.
They told me my local courier's car had broken down on Friday - no idea why that meant I had to contact them, surely it was their problem to resolve?

The wedge is lovely thank you, it's exactly what I was hoping it would be. And very well packaged to protect from damage in transit
