To whom it may concern

I recently made an order with yourselves for a small wedge plaque in memory of my late mother Julie Chappell.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone when I made my order, with a special request to receive it before the 14th November (anniversary of her passing), he said he would do his best but not promises.

I received the delivery on Saturday 9th and both my brother and I are so happy with it, its absolutely perfect.
Just wanted to drop an email to thank the gentleman who managed to get it to me so quickly.

Please do apologise I forget his name but please do pass on a massive thanks from me.
