This is the first opportunity to respond since taking receipt. Thanks very much for the urn it looked great and really did meet all expectations. Also, who ever packed the item needs a big well done as it was incredibly well wrapped and arrived with no damage at all. A really sensible thing and a pity other companies do not do the same.
