Dear Sirs
Thank you so much for the memorial urn. Reviews were absolutely right, we were so happy with it. Looks better in reality than in the pictures.

Mum and dad were happy so that was the main thing for us. Wording was clear and the OM image was perfect.

Thank you for being so accommodating. The whole process was a pleasure.
