Just a quick message to say that the memorial was delivered a short while ago. Now a quick comment on the package itself. The labelling was lovely and clear. The packing/wrapping was absolutely brilliant. The memorial itself is just beyond superb. Carol and I are mightily impressed with your organisation and we will recommend you to as many people as we possibly can.
